Note: The gas chamber furnace is to convey the protective gas to fill the whole hearth by pipes on the basis of box type furnace, so as to fulfill the purpose of protection. The hearth is made of ceramic fiber, which is of small heating capacity, fast temperature increasing ability. It adopts intelligent digital display PLC temperature control meter which can compile multiple sections of temperature increasing, holding and decreasing profiles and is with automatic temperature increasing, holding, decreasing protection and over temperature protection. When the program is over, it will stop automatically, no operator required. Heating elements made of high temperature resistance wire are buried shallowly inside the furnace shell to form heating board, which is convenient and safety for use and the temperature control precision is ±1ºC.
