Hearth material is made from ceramic fiber, which is of little heat capacity and fast temperature increasing ability (It takes only 30 minutes to reach the required temperature); adopt intelligent digital display PLC temperature control meter which can compile multiple sections of temperature increasing, holding and decreasing profiles and is with automatic temperature increasing, holding, decreasing protections and over temperature protection. When the program is over, it will stop automatically, no operator required. Heating elements made of high temperature resistance wire are buried shallowly inside the furnace shell to form heating board, which is convenient and safety for use and the temperature control precision is ±1ºC.
